Participants will be able to identify key social problems affecting their communities. Participants will be able to develop inclusive and practical strategies to address these challenges. Participants will be able to understand the intersection between social responsibility and sustainable development.

Arrière plan

This training and workshop project was developed in partnership with Zeren Holding to explore innovative and collaborative approaches to addressing pressing social issues. The programme aimed to equip participants with the tools and knowledge to develop inclusive, community-driven, and sustainable solutions to challenges such as inequality, unemployment, and social exclusion.

Contenu et structure

The programme consisted of interactive online sessions combining theoretical input with practical applications. Topics covered included root causes of social problems, community engagement, social impact project design, and stakeholder collaboration. Case studies and real-life examples were used to help participants reflect on effective intervention strategies. Each session encouraged dialogue and peer learning, culminating in group-based workshop activities where participants proposed their own project ideas. The structure supported both individual learning and collective solution development.

Méthodologie

The training was delivered entirely online through live virtual sessions. It utilized expert presentations, breakout group discussions, case study analysis, and project-based learning methods to foster participation and engagement. At the end of the programme, students took an exam.
